Nepal's recorded History of 7603 yrs. "Kramena bartamane kaliyuge samasta Bhupala malimala charanambujasyam rajya shreematprithvi ragyo himawota"… The above inscription found in Mrigasthali (Pashupatinath premises) describes ruling tenure of ancient kings and easily proves 7603 yrs recorded history of Nepal. It shall be a big surprise to westerners who are boasting about the oldest history in Europe which is about 200 B.C. Even England starts from 927 AD - just yesterday in compare to the Ancient history of Nepal. Rather- Egypt, Greece, Italy, Lebanon are a bit older countries formed after Aryans settlement migrated from the Himalayas of Nepal. Recorded history of 7603 and word used 'modern Nepal' in the inscription, (as it is too old for the modern people) will absolutely bewilder western people. Skanda Puran Himawat Khanda says "Krite Satyawati Jyaya tretayam cha tapowati- Dwapare Muktisopana Kalau Nepalika puri" which means- Nepal used to be called Satyawati, Tapowati, Muktidayani and Nepal Mandal in Satyayug, Tretayug, Dwapar yug and Kaliyug respectively. The above mentioned recorded history of Nepal is supposed to be of Kali Yug (Iron age).

Ancient Wisdom

The Vedic wisdom is the noblest teaching for mankind. Understanding its necessity, Greater Nepal government had established the 4 universities; Nalanda, Takshashila, Bikramshila and Ballav. Nalanda was the first and the biggest university in the world. It was situated 95 km south east from Patna city which lies in Greater Nepal and was a center of learning from the 7th century BC to 14th Century AD. According to the Chinese travelers Xuanzang and Yijing – there were 2,000 teachers and 12,000 students studying different subjects; Astrology, Astronomy, Ayurveda, Vashtushastra (fengsui), Tantra, Yoga-Meditation, mathematics, agriculture, economics, business, engineering, medical Surgery, Reiki healing, Art and music, Vedic texts, Sanskrit grammar, Theology and what not? Sanskrit was the language used for teaching and learning method. Nalanda University flourished under the patronage of the Gupta Empire- one of the most successful empire of Greater Nepal. Gopalas, Mahishapalas, Kiratas, Lichhivis were the great emperors before Gupta. The ancient history of India starts just from the reign of Chandra Gupta. In fact, he is the grandson of Sri Gupta who used to rule whole Indian continent having base capital in Nepal.

Highly formalized methods of the Vedic education inspired other countries to establish many educational institution and universities. Greater Nepal remained cradle for education to all the scholars of the world. The university had attracted scholars and students from far distance travelling all the way from Tibet, China, Korea, Australia, Persia, Turkey, Greek and Europe. It is said that Pythagoras, the world famous mathematician had studied mathematics and astrology here. Jesus Christ had studied Tantra- Yoga & Meditation. Similarly, founder of the Jain religion- Mahavira had also studied in this university. Gautam Buddha himself used to give discourse in this university. No doubt, Nepal was the hub for education and business on those days. Fibonacci, 12th century Italian mathematician who is well-known for 'Fibonacci Sequence' (the mathematical sequence in nature) had also studied in this university. Nikole Tesla, the genius of 19th century, who rediscovered modern technology (radio active wave, Wi-Fi, telephone, jet engine, electricity current) got the information from explanation of "Aakasha" given in Vedic text. Nikole Tesla was highly inspired by "Aakasha" concept given by Swami Vivekananda- a Nepali Vedic scholar. India boasts for Vedas and Vivekananda but neither Veda nor Vivekananda belongs to India. The Vedas was compiled by Maharsi Veda Vyasa who was born in Damauli Nepal and Vivekananda was born in northern Calcutta which was Nepal's land at that time. Still there is a place called 'Nepalgunj' in Calcutta (pin code 743503) which means - seaport of Nepal. Non-the-less, we need to respect Vivekananda for his immense contribution - awakening westerners/ Americans.

The Vedic education aims to prepare prudent citizen, unlike to modern education focusing just carrier development. Vedic education is the only means of real education. It makes people witty, well-cultured, professional, sincere, a person of ethics who performs duties and responsibility. In short, it teaches the art of living and dying. It is so much needed for modern world for balancing material life and spiritual life. And, westerners are seeking Vedic wisdom now as the modern education did not address life quests.

Saints and Rishimunis of Nepal

Saint and Sages are the enlightened personality with divine power and spiritual charm for the restoration of world peace. They are the true yogis who live for the greater number of happiness. Their presence creates positive vibration and inspires people to live in harmony & peace. Their wisdom is unfathomable, they are deep like the ocean – steady like the Himalayas, pure like the source of holy river Ganga, naked like a crystal and effulgence like sun-rays. They were born with great purpose for awakening human-being, sharing noble wisdom and uplifting spirituality. The whole world is credited from the ancient sages and saints of Nepal. What we are having now is all their contribution; scientific discoveries, art, music, literature, astrology, astronomy, Ayurveda, Vashtushastra (fengsui), mathematics, medical science, Tantra, Yoga-meditation, politics, law, business and what not. All the credit goes to those esteemed Maharshis', saints and sages of Nepal because the 4 Vedas, Vedanta, Upanishads, Puranas, were written in Nepal. Of course, they were born for the goodness of entire humanity. For them- there is no religion but "religion of truthfulness" one world and humanity. They are sent from the cosmic energy giving certain duties and responsibilities. Let's discuss some revered saints / sages of Nepal and their majestic contribution to the entire world / humanity.

First, may you understand that Nepal is the spiritual energy center not a political or geographical country. Nepal is the pious land blessed by Guru Gorakshanath and abode of Lord Shiva. It is the land of Vedic Sanatan Dharma (the universal religion) and all the Vedic wisdom is kept in the Himalayas of Nepal. This is the reason why great Rishimuni, saints must take birth in Nepal. Not to blow owns trumpet, it is a fact that we would not imagine "even" our existence without the presence and contribution of Rishimunis of Nepal. Remember, these Rishimunis (saints) carry the history of thousands years. All these Rishimunis took birth in Nepal because it is the land of Vedas. Rishimunis's divine light forms a constellation of stars as pleiadians (Sapta Rishi) – a group of extraterrestrials from the constellation. Westerners call them Alkaid, Mizar, Alioth, Dhube, Merak, Phecda, Megrez. We can see the seven star sign 'Pleiadian' even with naked eye forming question mark sign. Saptarishi (Marichi, Vashista, Angiras, Dratu, Pulaha, Pulastya, Aatri) was born in Nepal. Thus, we must thank to great saints/sages (Rishimunis) of Nepal for immense contribution for whole mankind.

Revered Saints and Rishimunis of Nepal

Let's discuss upon some revered Rishimunis' (seers) of Nepal who have credited entire world. Westerners are wondering saying "…but how?" because they found that Vedic scientists of Nepal had discovered amazing facts way long before today 'scientists. It is so sad that people are unaware of such facts because of British education system and India's cunningness. Sorry to say! But India boasts for Vedic wisdom and Indian Rishimunis but it is just a 'great lie'.

• The Veda Vyasa (born in Damauli) is the compiler of the 4 Vedas and 18 Puranas which is the source of all the literature, religious texts and scientific discoveries.  Ayurveda, Yoga meditation, Astrology, Astronomy, Tantra, Reiki, Mantra Chantings, Vastushastra (Fengsui), Kamasutra (the art of love making), Law, Politics, agriculture, philosophy (life quests), business, engineering, science etc are the prominent subjects written in the 4 Vedas.  
• Maharishi Bhardwaj, the inventor of Tripura Biman (an aero plane), was born in Bhardaha-Koshitappu, Nepal. His book Bimanika Shastra explains in detail about the operation of ancient Bimans - aero planes.
• Maharsi Parasar born in Trivenighat and Maharshi Bhrigu born in Syanja credited to entire Vedic astrology.
• Kapil Rishi, born in Kapilvastu- Lumbini, was the topmost scientist. He had described about the universal consciousness and the creation of the universe in his book called 'Sankhya Darshan'.  The universe was manifested from Purusha (divine light) and Prakriti (matter) which is the source of entire creation.
• Acharya Karnad, born in Karnali district of present Nepal, had developed atomic theory about 3,000 yrs ago. He had talked about anu (atoms) that all things in the universe are made up of. Long later, John Dalton elaborated this theory.
• Balmiki Rishi wrote Ramayan residing at Nawalparashi Ashram. Ramayan is the greatest epic- great war between Ram and Rawan (the devil King). 
• Bhaskaracharya, an astronomer of Nepal Nalanda University, had calculated the time taken by earth (365.258756484 days) to complete one circle to the Sun. He had explained in his book 'Surya Siddhanta' about gravity force saying "Objects fall on earth due to the force of earth's attraction called 'gurutwakarshan'. Similarly, the earth, planets, constellation, moon and Sun are held in orbit due to this attraction. And, 1200 yrs later Newton noticed such phenomena. Apple did not start falling from Newton's time. It used to fall from the time immemorial isn't it?   
• Acharya Charak is considered as the father of modern Ayurveda. Charak and Chywanpras Rishi did detail research at Panchase forest which lies nearby Pokhara. His book named 'Charak Samhita', is considered to be the encyclopedia of Ayurveda. Long later, Indian Hindus learned Ayurveda and now spreading noble message to western worlds. Remember, Dhanwantari is the father of Ayurveda who had emerged in Sailung, Sindhupalchowk near by Dudhkoshi River. Acharya Charak formulated Ayurveda in modern Nepal around 300 BC. Exclusive herbal paste made by Chywan Rishi known as Chywanprash was the nectar to healthy lifestyle. And, now India has imitated similar type of herbal paste and selling worldwide. Chwan Rishi was the son of Maharishi Bhrigu born in Syanja district of Nepal. So, obviously, Chywan Rishi's birthplace is Syanja not elsewhere.   
• At this moment, entire world is craving for peace and plunging into Yoga- Meditation (Yogdhyan). However, it is so sad that people do not know that Yogi Patanjali, the father of modern yoga-meditation, was born in Bhojpur Nepal. He wrote 'Patanjali Yog Sutra' which is the source of all the available books in the world talking about Pranayama, engineering life, Chakras etc.
• Acharya Aryabhatta is the genius mathematician who had calculated the motion of planets and time of eclipses. He had stated that our earth is round and rotated on its own axis orbiting the Sun. This discovery was almost 1100 yrs before Copernicus published heliocentric theory.
• Narad muni (born in Narayan ghat) had discovered frequency for communication.
• Sushruta is often known as the father of Surgery. He used to do so much complicated surgeries like cataract, artificial limbs, plastic surgery, and Brain surgery 2,600 yrs ago. Isn't this incredible?  His Medical book 'Sushruta Samhita' talks about more than 300 surgical procedures and 125 surgical instruments. He was the son of Bishwamitra Rishi and born nearby Janakpur- Nepal.
• Barahamihira is another scientist who talked about animal science, botany, zoology in his book 'Pancha Siddhanta'. He also talked about the lustrous nature of moon, planets because of the Sunlight and its direct impact on earth and human life. 
• Maharsi Vishwamitra compiled 'The Gayatri Mantra' residing at Kusheswor Dham Nepalthok- Sindhuli. All spiritual seekers chant this pious mantra but it is so sad that they do not know its authenticity yet because they are brainwashed by saying Indian mantra.
• Maharshi Vashista compiled 'Mahamrityunjaya Mantra' residing at Nayanghat. This mantra is often known as 'the life saver mantra'. So, every people in the western world were chanting Mahamrityunjaya mantra by heart. They did not know that this pious mantra was composed in Nepal.   
• Garg Rishi taught palmistry in those ancient days. And it is so sad that people know few Indian yogis because of data input in internet by Indian government. 
• Lord Ram (born in Trevenidham) taught to fight for injustice, Lord Krishna (born in Ruru Rishikesh) taught philosophy, Buddha (born in Lumbini) taught compassion-forgiveness and peace.

SADGURU GORAKH

Very soon, peace and wisdom seekers will die for the meditation Retreats in the Himalayas of Nepal because;

• It is the land of Vedas, Devas and Rishimunis.
• Abode of Lord Shiva and Sati. Playground of mystical snow-man ‘Yeti’.
