Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

  • Regular Prnayama (as Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati breathing regulates Apana Vayu- air flow below navel area)
  • Regular Physical fitness (for body flexibility, digestion and blood circulation) and take Triphala drink or Ganoderma.
  • Herb Oil Massage (Mustard oil heated with Ajwan and fenugreek is the best oil massage for babies and women)
  • Need to take vegetables and fruits, juice and lots of water intake. Pomegranate and Beat-root amplifies Hemoglobin.
