Direction: Take a spoon of dry Militaris and other herbs, boil it for 5 minutes, and serve for 2-3 people without adding sugar/ honey. You shall love its yellow color. May you chew the remaining boiled herbs too. Do not throw at all. You shall feel energy after 10- 12 days. We strictly recommend to become vegetarian otherwise it is of no use if you intake poison (meat- wine- tobacco- drugs) at the same time.
